I was a bit nervous about using someone I didn’t know but Mirek was great. He was responsive and reliable always responding to texts. He and his company fixed the leak on the balcony and replaced the porch ceiling as well as replacing the decking and some painting of window cills. They did a very good job and for a good price. I Will be using him again. There is one more bit left to paint but we are waiting for the wood to dry.
